Who is Jeff Farmer?

Jeff Farmer is a self taught chef with nearly 30 years of experience in the kitchen. Jeff helped open Lucky Restaurant in Downtown Roanoke in 2010, and then eventually Fortunato (another Roanoke staple) in 2015. Jeff has recently stepped away from the restaurant world to concentrate on other endeavours but he is incredible excited to bring his love of cooking to our first ever Adventure Dinner at Wilderness Adventure at Eagle Landing.

Oysters: Half shell with Watermelon radish momiji-oroshi

 Course 2:

Hay Smoked Appalachian Cheese, Wild Mushroom Pate, Fresh Bread

 Course 3:

Chilled Cucumber Beet Soup with Benne Seeds & Lardons

 Course 4:

Lavender Fried Chicken: Thai Peppercorn Honey

 Course 5:

Dessert: Buttermilk Cake & Strawberry Cardamom Zabaglione
