The Peak-Season Weekend Package includes:

2 nights use of entire facility

This package includes two nights of lodging* in all three of our elegantly rustic lodges: Main Lodge, Sly Lodge & Sneaky Cabin. Also included are our 500 acre grounds (for camping and other recreation), large outdoor pavilion with electricity, pond gazebo, and more.  To view descriptions and pictures of our lodges click here. We have a total sleeping capacity of 90, which does not include the bridal suite set up in our Sneaky Cabin.  The covered pavilion is generally used as the site of the wedding reception which can be seen in our photo gallery pictures.  Another romantic photo opportunity which will be lit with candles during the evening is our covered gazebo located on an island within the pond.  Other featured amenities included in the facility rental are our cedar sauna, sand volleyball court, horseshoe pit, fishing ponds, canoes & PFDs for use on pond, and miles of walking/hiking trails on our 500 acre property.

Rehearsal Dinner

Formal or relaxed, we will work with you to select your dinner location on our property and create menu options that will please your guests and keep things off your shoulders so you and your family can focus on the big moment that lies ahead.

Ceremony

With 500 acres of beautiful spots to choose from, we will help you select the location that’s perfect for you…beneath the willow by our pond, under the arbor in the garden, facing a breathtaking view of the Blue Ridge Mountains, or if you’re adventurous, at the bluff overlooking nothing but endless farms and countryside.

With careful planning, we’ll do the work…you enjoy the moment.

Reception Celebration & Dinner

The moment you and your guests can relax, laugh, hug, and celebrate has arrived! Our chef will work with you to create your menu, choose beverages for the bar, and time the evening perfectly. Maybe you want a band, a DJ, or even a square-dance ho-down…let’s make it fun!

Wedding Coordinator

It’s not easy putting together your special day so it all runs smoothly. Let our staff coordinators work with you throughout the planning process and the entire weekend to ensure that everything runs smoothly. From rentals, to flowers, to lights, and decorations, we can make your moment one that no one will forget!

Flowers & Centerpieces

Nothing makes a bride feel more special than holding a gorgeous bouquet of flowers! And nothing finishes a space like beautiful lights and centerpieces. We’ll help you choose the colors and the theme so we can make you and the space that surrounds you beautiful.

Rentals

All rental equipment including chairs, tables, linens and dinnerware.  You may personally select from a variety of china patterns, glassware, silverware and linens to fit the style for your wedding.

Staffing

Our caring and professional staff will be available for assistance 24/7 during your stay.
