STEP 1: Participant Information:

STEP 2: Camper Health Forms - please use the link below to upload the following forms:

  • Health Physical: All campers are required to have a Health Physical completed by a physician prior to arrival. If your child has had a physical within the past 2 years, you may contact the doctor’s office and submit a copy of this instead. Click HERE to download the Health Form or use any physician-approved health form.

  • COVID Vaccination/Testing:

    • We will update our testing/vaccination policy my March 31st, 2023.

    • We will refer to current CDC guidelines to inform our COVID policies for the 2023 summer season.

STEP 3: Participant Agreement

  • Click the link below and read over with your camper.

  • Have camper sign the form to be submitted online.

STEP 4: Print the Packing List and get ready!!
